SCI-DI is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit headquartered in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Born from Brian’s personal experience with a life-altering spinal cord injury (SCI), SCI-DI is dedicated to pioneering neurological recovery through a unique triangular approach: scuba/hyperbaric therapy, neuromodulation, and plant medicine with an emphasis on psychedelics. The organization seeks to deliver immediate, evidence-based solutions using commercially available modalities, addressing the critical gap in SCI / TBI treatment—a field marked by underfunding, complex pathophysiology, and a lack of curative breakthroughs despite a $6 billion annual U.S. healthcare burden for spinal cord injury alone.
