On August 22, 2025, members of SCI-DI had the profound honor of representing our mission at the Senate Committee on Veterans' Affairs field hearing in Montevallo, Alabama, titled "Separating Fact from Fiction: Exploring Alternative Therapies for Veterans’ Mental Health." We extend our deepest gratitude to Senator Tommy Tuberville for inviting us to contribute to this critical discussion, addressing the urgent mental health crisis facing our veterans.
