Single hyperbaric chamber

We are thrilled to announce that SCI-DI has just uploaded a comprehensive collection of key scientific papers, randomized controlled trials, editorials, and clinical studies on Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) for PTSD, TBI, and related brain conditions. These documents are now freely available for download and review right here on the website.

This library brings together high-level evidence from leading researchers (including the Sagol Center team in Israel, Dr. Paul Harch, and international collaborators) showing how HBOT supports brain repair, reduces symptoms, and improves cognition — even years after injury.

What’s inside the collection (quick highlights):

  • Boussi-Gross / Efrati RCTs (2013 & 2024) on HBOT for combat-associated PTSD in veterans

  • Harch et al. 2020 randomized controlled trial – HBOT for mild TBI with persistent post-concussion syndrome

  • Doenyas-Barak / Efrati 2023 review – HBOT for treatment-resistant PTSD: mechanisms and clinical data

  • Hadanny & Efrati 2022 editorial – Hyperbaric oxygen and the brain: regeneration via the hyperoxic-hypoxic paradox

  • Hadanny 2018 SPECT studies showing immediate brain perfusion improvements

  • Additional RCTs and papers on long-term effects (5+ years post-injury), cognitive gains in stroke and Alzheimer’s, pediatric post-concussion, and more

Every document is a peer-reviewed publication that adds to the growing body of evidence that HBOT can induce neuroplasticity, angiogenesis, stem-cell mobilization, and symptom relief where standard care has plateaued.

Ready to dive in? All files are live click, download, and review at your pace. Whether you’re a clinician, veteran, researcher, or family member, these papers provide the rigorous science behind the real-world results.
